Responsibilities 职责
- Acts as business interface between OEM and Bosch AS
- 作为BOSCH AS 与OEM客户之间的业务窗口;
- Follow up Bosch and AS strategy and target, achieve related KPIs.
- 遵循BOSCH 及AS战略及目标,达成相关KPIs;
- Listen to voice of customer voice, listen to voice of legislation and industry, track market information, execute customer strategy.
- 识别并分析客户声音,相关法规信息及行业信息,执行客户战略;
- Close customer relationship management from top to implement level;
- 紧密的客户关系管理, 自管理层至执行层;
- Strong business sensitive, keen eyes on business chance and risk;
- 强烈的业务敏感度,对业务机会及风险有敏锐的判断;
- Identify acquisition chance, Lead acquisition project;follow up project management process, incl. acquisition phase and project developing phase;
- 识别项目获取机会,并领导项目获取项目;执行项目管理流程,包括项目获取阶段以及项目开发阶段;
- Defines customer management plan, identify customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction,
- 定义客户管理策略,识别客户要求并提高客户满意度;
- Commercial topics management, incl. contract, pricing management, profit & loss tracking, acquisition reporting, business planning, AR, etc;
- 商务事务管理,包括合同,价格管理,利润及损失跟踪,项目获取汇报, 业务规划,应收账款回款等;
- Cross-function cooperation and support on related topics;
- 跨职能协作以及相关事务的支持;
- Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
- 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
Qualification required 资格要求
61 Education学历
- Bachelor or above, related to sales and marketing, commercial or automotive major.
- 学士及以上学位,市场营销、商务或汽车相关专业。
61 Competence技能
- Basic communication and reporting skills in English
- 使用英语进行基本交流及汇报。
- Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 熟练使用Word, Excel , PowerPoint等办公软件。
- Knowledge in SAP preferred
- 掌握SAP应用技能优先。
- Travel domestically / internationally with working base at Jinan city.
- 工作地点在济南,能适应出差。
61 Experience工作经验
- Working experience in sales and/or marketing in automobile Tier 1 is preffered, for the potential talent with strong pioneering spirit, no working experience is also acceptable.
- 汽车市场零部件销售和/或市场工作经验者优先;对于具有强烈开拓意识的潜在人才,可接受无工作经验。
