职位概述 Job Overview:

以行业销售策略为指导,依照销售管理制度和工作流程,配合经销商维护现有客户并有效开发新的终端客户,完成年度销售额任务:同时对区域内经销商进行有效管理。收集市场、客户及竞争信息,并配合市场部进行推广活动。
According to the whole SBU’s business strategy, work with the distributor to maintain the current existing customers and develop the new end customer by the management frame and sales process. At the same time, also need to manage distributors effectively in the area, collect the information about market, customer and competitors, work with marketing to promote the market solution.

主要职责Job Responsibilities:
61区域内销售管理 [50%] Regional sales management
1.依据年度销售计划和销售策略,根据实际客户与市场情况,设定区域内销售计划,并按照周报、月报回顾计划完成情况,及时调整行动计划,保障销售额计划的完成。According to the annual sales plan and sales strategy, according to the actual customer and market situation, set up the regional sales plan, review the completion of the plan according to weekly and monthly reports, timely adjust the action plan, and ensure the completion of the sales plan.
2.制定并执行每周的客户拜访计划,并完成相关报告/报表的填写与反馈。Work out and implement weekly customer visit plan, weekly report, monthly report and other reports.
3.通过维护老客户、开发新客户,并不断开发新用胶点,以保障销售额指标达成,推动销售额回款。Maintain the existing customers, develop new customers, and constantly develop new glue application points to ensure to meet the sales target and collect back the payment on time.
4.根据开发客户需要,举办客户讲座、经销商培训或与其他部门合作举办研讨会。Work with other departments to held the seminars with customers, training for customers, and distributors if it is necessary for the market/customer development. .
5.定期总结成功的用胶点案例。Summarize the successful cases.

61市场推广[20%] market promotion
1.跟进市场开发需求,收集客户、市场及竞争信息,并及时、准确的反馈。Collect timely the information about customers, market and competitors according to the business development strategy .
2.配合全球产品部完成市场/行业的产品推广、用胶点成功案例推广等工作。Cooperate with global Product Department to promote the valuable solution into market. Copy the successful story to other customers into market.

61经销商管理[20%] Dealer management
1.对区域经销商进行管理,包括合作开发客户、规范经销商行为、签订经销商协议等。Manage the distributors in the responsible area, such as monitor the regulator market action ,sign the distributor contract, work with distributor to develop new customers and new market.

61EHS和道德[10%] EHS and ethics
1.遵守履行部门EHS的职责,以及公司道德合规要求。Comply with EHS responsibilities and company ethical compliance requirements.
2.负责本岗位安全环保方面相关职。Responsible for safety and environmental protection related responsibilities of this position.

任职要求 Qualification
1.本科以上,机械、汽车、化工及相关专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, automotive, chemical or related.
2.两年以上工作经验,其中至少具有一年以上工业品领域的销售或者技术服务的工作经验。At least 2 years working experience, and at least 1 years sales experience on industry products field.
3.具备一定价值销售技巧,包括重点客户开发与管理、区域管理、经销商管理、时间管理等。Base value selling skills, including key account development and management, regional management, dealer management, time management, etc.
4.具备一定的财务、商务谈判、商务礼仪知识。Base knowledge of finance, good negotiation skill and business etiquette.
5.对销售工作富有激情,积极主动,较强的成就导向。Passion, motivation and achievement-oriented in sales work.
6.具备良好的自我管理、沟通、协调、组织以及解决问题的能力。Good at self-management, communication, coordination, organizing and problem resolving skills.
7.可以相对频繁出差frequent travel.
8.一定的英语读写能力。Base English level including reading, writing and oral skill.
