Job Responsibility:
Lead the Electronics production line daily operation
Arrange orders including the series and sample order, capacity monitoring, check necessary resources 5M1E,organize production and delivery with good quality and efficiency
Responsible for SFM, Identifies, solves or escalates problems according to SPS.
Drives analyzing KPIs in the Value Stream and coordinates suggestions for improvements with the Operation Unit Leader
Execute and take care on site 5S,TPM and AM to make sure the equipment in good status
Complying with established standards in terms of safety, tidiness and cleanliness
Observes and controls deviations in the performance of responsible people and lines over a longer period of time.
Assist central QCD function to debug and release .
Assist quality to analysis and deal with the defect/external and internal customer compliant
Recognizes the losses in the Value Stream and initiates activities to optimize the workflow of the production / logistic lines.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor‘s degree or above, majoring in electronici or realted fields.
MS office,SAP knowledge
Above 7 years of relevant working experience in electronic enterprise
At least 3 years electronics production management experience,be familiar with EA product end to end process, technology, equipment and quality control and MES system
Good English level both in written and oral
Good knowledge of OPEX production management methods.
Experience in managing team leaders.
Knowledge of Quality management and control.
Very good communication skills,both English and Chinese
Customer oriented
Ability to work in teams and leadership skills
