Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting research during the EV phase (investment, ***-hour and cost evaluation, process planning, etc.) Take charge of the overall planning of product assembly processes (PSD), independently planning and developing the entire VSD Conduct manufacturing feasibility analysis and PFMEA analysis on designed schemes to ensure smooth production of new products, leading the initial development of new products and managing each stage Prepare technical requirements for production line equipment involved in new products, follow up on the procurement process, and subsequently lead scheme discussions, manufacturing process follow-ups, and acceptance release Design, acceptance, and release of related product tooling, fixtures, and cutting tools Collaborate with headquarters and other global factories for transferred products, designing processes to ensure smooth release according to project plans Calculate new product ***-hours and costs, and assess capacity requirements such as manpower and equipment, outputting a new product ***-hour and cost evaluation worksheet Define operational standards, establish norms and work instructions for responsible processes/operations, and organize and conduct relevant training for machine operators and technicians Conduct research, studies, introduction, and promotion of new processes and technologies in the manufacturing industry Continuously improve by proposing, promoting, and implementing process improvements to simplify manufacturing processes, optimize equipment utilization, and reduce costs to meet company operational goals
Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related fields with mechanical design capabilities Proficient in English reading and writing, able to use it as a working language, with over 8 years of work experience Relevant experience in automated and semi-automated assembly lines is required Familiarity with the assembly processes of electronic products, with preference given to experience in PLC programming, reading, and HMI system operation Experience in new product introduction, especially in the entire transfer process from product R&D prototyping, small-batch production to mass production, able to effectively manage the overall transfer progress and promptly handle process abnormalities at various stages of production Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, able to proficiently lead and organize cross-departmental meetings, frequently communicate with suppliers and customers, and maintain a good cooperative atmosphere with them Proficient in using office software such as Office, AUTOCAD, Creo, etc. Proficient in relevant tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, ESD, etc.
