工作职责: 1、Responsible for the daily docking work related to customers, such as order delivery, quotation, invoicing, reconciliation, payment confirmation, contract approval, system operation, etc.; 负责与客户相关的日常对接工作,比如订单交付、报价、开票、对账、付款确认、合同审批、系统操作等; 2、Cooperate with the sales team in the handover and communication with internal relevant departments; 配合销售与内部相关部门的交接与沟通; 3、Prepare and organize customer contracts in document form, such as quotation contracts, business contracts, quality contracts, etc.; 制作和整理文件类的客户合同,如报价合同,商务合同,质量合同等; 4、Complete regular tasks related to customer projects, such as invoicing, reconciliation, providing forecasts, cost analysis, and release of purchase orders; 完成定期的开票、对账、提供预测、成本分析、采购订单释放等与客户项目相关的工作; 5、Organize daily meetings, prepare for the reception of customer visits, and collect information after the customer visits; 组织日常会议、准备客户来访的接待工作和客户访问结束后的信息收集工作; 任职资格: 1、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, vehicle engineering, mechanical design, English, Japanese, Korean, German, finance, accounting, and other related fields; 本科及以上学历,市场营销、车辆工程、机械设计、英语、日语、韩语、德语、财务、会计等相关专业; 2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力,以及强烈的责任心和团队协作精神; 3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, and have good oral English skills; 熟练应用office办公软件,通过CET - 4,有良好英语口语能力; 4、Prior internship experience in a similar position is preferred; 有类似岗位实习经验优先; 5、Able to withstand certain work pressure and have a challenging spirit. 能够承受一定的工作压力,具有挑战精神。
