工作职责: 1、Organize the induction training for new employees; 组织新员工入职培训; 2、Collect and analyze the training needs of the department to complete the annual training plan; 收集并分析部门的培训需求,以完成年度培训计划; 3、Manage the entire training process, including preparation before training, execution of training, and evaluation of training results; 管理整个培训过程,包括培训前的准备、培训的执行、培训结果的评估等; 4、Organize internal and external training according to the training plan; 根据培训计划组织内部和外部培训; 5、Operate the online platform and manage learning projects; 运营在线平台,管理学习项目; 6、Continuously optimize the training process and analyze training data; 持续优化培训流程,分析培训数据; 任职资格: 1、Master's degree or above, majoring in human resources or related fields; 硕士及以上学历,人力资源相关专业; 2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力,以及强烈的责任心和团队协作精神; 3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, and have good oral English skills; 熟练应用office办公软件,通过CET - 4,有良好英语口语能力; 4、Prior internship experience in a similar position is preferred; 有类似岗位实习经验优先; 5、Able to withstand certain work pressure and have a challenging spirit. 能够承受一定的工作压力,具有挑战精神。
