工作职责 * Develop business strategy in responsible regions, with partnershipment of strategic partners, incl. sales target, BTL planning, customer plans. * Manage multiple national/regional KA retailer, develop KA strategy and manage annual plan with close collaboration with partnership business teams. * Drive Market Growth and improve Market Share in mutilple key markets. * Lead business team to drive business strategy to achieve business target, develop and lead overall joint annual business planning process. * Set and deliver annual or regular KPI. * Provide management consulting, strategy generation and implementation, organizational setup, technical operations, supply chain management, cost and process optimization and performance improvement and transfer knowledge and best practices from BCH to key partners to achieve business goals. * Excellent field execution for all planned sales and marketing activities. * Upgrade the business partner team’s capabilities and introduce industry best practices, consumer data and insights, internal data analysis and attain excellence in execution. * Monitor and educate key partners to achieve business goals aligning with Bayer values and regulations. * Build a 5M EURO brands business for Bayer and realise growth opportunity both short- and long-term for BCH China. * Develop deep penetration business model with key strategy partner to expand brand distribution nationwide. * Develop cooperation model with key distributors to expand community hospital coverage. * Evaluate the all business model according to the result and propose the roll out plan Develop talent under project base assignment. 任职要求 * Bachelor degree or above. * Strong marketing and/or sales know-how with at least 7 years of experience, preferably with a healthcare industry background, and at least 1+ years in a managerial position. * Passionatefor improving consumer health and driving business growth. * Commercially savvy and be able to identify business opportunities that are financially attractive to Bayer and customer sustainably. * Excellent leadership skills with successful casesof both direct and indirect influence to people.
