As an R&T Onsite Service Engineer at Siemens Energy, every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your role is vital in ensuring our projects are completed flawlessly, and your work will greatly affect customer happiness and the operational success of Siemens Energy. How You’ll Make an Impact
● Work as a service engineer for onsite installation and commissioning for both domestic and export markets. ● Handle quality issues post-transformer delivery, lead cross-functional cause analysis, and compile comprehensive summary reports. ● Address customer complaints to improve happiness and enhance customer relationships. ● Develop onsite repair plans, component replacement plans, and testing plans for both domestic and international markets. ● Provide necessary technical support and assist field service operators. ● Offer training and consultation to customers, ensuring they receive world-class support and service.
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. ● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. ● Basic knowledge of transformer manufacturing and repair technologies. ● A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a service or engineering role within an international environment. ● Experience in international projects and collaboration within international teams is a plus. ● Experience working in different countries is advantageous. ● Proven experience with root cause analysis is a plus.
