Job Responsibility
Machining concept and specification design;
Machining machine investigation, slection, process release&verification and capital release;
Fixture design, standardization and release;
Design machining tools concept;
Creating machining programs for FANUC ,SIEMENS, etc.system turning machine and machining center;
Excellent knowledge of CREO-NC and NC simulation;
Setup program together with technicians according to machine and fixture status;
Working instruction creating
Routing maintenance
Solve the problem in production process in time
Machining sub-project management and team negotiation
Creating tools setup information in TDM system;
Optimizing programs & tools;
Machining time calculation and cost evaluation;
Manufacturing cost optimization and reduction
Machine capacity evaluation and planning;
Automation machining cell design and release

Job Requirement
At least Bachelor degree.
Over 3 years of relevant business experience in machining
Effective mechanical knowledge;
Effective knowledge of machining machines;
With good knowledge in machining program, tools and process parameter
Language: good level English,
IT skills: Excellent office software, CREO, NC simulation
