Job Responsibilities:
61 Design and develop sheet metal and plastic components for construction equipment
61 3D modeling using CATIA V5 or Creo
61 Perform basic structural simulations (static/modal) using ANSYS or Creo tools
61 Build and manage part structures in PDM systems
61 Support manufacturing processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and painting
Requirements:
61 Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
61 5+ years of mechanical design experience, including 2+ years in exterior component design
61 Proficient in CATIA V5 and/or Creo
61 Familiar with plastic and composite parts and manufacturing methods (SMC, DCPD, etc.)
61 Experience throughout product development: concept, design, validation
61 Basic understanding of FEA tools and failure analysis (FMEA)
61 Strong communication skills in English
61 Self-driven, hands-on, and team-oriented
61 Problem-solving and innovative mindset
