1.负责制订和执行采购制度、流程；

5.负责组织制订和执行年度成本节约计划；
Be in charge of the formulation and implementation of the cost-saving plan of the year.
6.配合IQC控制物料到货质量
Cooperate with IQC to control the quality of incoming materials.
7.负责组织进行原料库存水平控制
Be in charge of the control of raw material inventory levels.
8.主导或者参加各种有关的项目工作
Lead or participate in various projects involving the procurement and sourcing of materials..
9.完成上级交办的其它临时性工作项目
