Complete supplier PPAP approval by validating supplier’s product and process. “
"对内外部抱怨的零件问题，按照问题解决的流程，进行问题改善处理，确保工厂及客户处受控。
Lead internal and external parts issue solving process, follow issue solving procedure, and make sure plant and customer under control."
"定期汇报供应商项目表现情况，确保不良趋势及时汇报以采取矫正措施
To regularly report supplier project performance, ensuring adverse trends are reported to quality management so that remedial action can be taken."
"必要时对潜在和已存在供应商进行过程阶段审核，跟踪供应商的整改措施直至关闭。

"熟悉冲压，塑料成型和涂装知识
Familiar with stamping, plastic forming or painting process"
熟悉供应商质量管理，如供应商开发，业绩评估，供应商审核。Familiar with supplier management such as supplier development, performance evaluation and supplier audit.
