Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Construction projects can be completed smoothly with Haygrove technical support throughout to train, coordinate changes to project requirements, and maintain the standard of technical work.
通过培训、协调项目需求变更、维护技术标准来确保施工项目在黑革萝的技术支持下顺利完成。
2. Lead technical training for internal and external stakeholders according to project characteristics; ensuring construction partners are fully aware of how to build structures efficienctly, accurately, and safely.
根据项目特点，主导内外部相关方的技术培训;确保施工方充分了解如何高效、准确、安全地建设。
3. Perform project assessment to confirm successful project acceptance，and comply with Haygrove standards. Include: review updated 竣工图纸, review/confirm quantity and cause of any wastage on-site, and support QA team in taking samples of material.
执行项目评估，确保项目成功验收，并符合黑革萝标准。包括：审核更新的竣工图纸，审查/确认项目现场材料损耗的数量和原因，支持质量团队进行材料取样等。
4. Provide Tunnel Management training, on-site assessment of any client feedback on product quality issues, and support After-Sales Manager in completing 售后报告 and implementing rectification measures.
提供棚体管理培训, 现场评估客户关于产品质量问题的反馈,并协助售后经理完成售后报告，落实整改措施。
5. Be responsible for the coordination with key stakeholders, incl. Design, After-Sales, Construction, and Engineer, etc.;
负责项目的内外部协调沟通，包括设计、售后、施工、工程等团队。
6. Other projects or work assigned by the line manager.
其他上级安排的项目或工作。
Job Requirements岗位要求：
1. At least 2-3 years working experience on project management/consulting and construction firm.
至少2-3年项目管理，咨询和施工单位的经验。
2. Calm under pressure while organizing time to plan and execute multiple technical support projects in a short space of time.
具有良好的抗压能力，能快速安排并执行多个技术支持项目。
3. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, have electrical engineering skills to provide materials calculations and technical guidance for electric components, cables, motors, and control boxes.
能够阅读和理解CAD图纸,具有电力工程技能，能够提供电气元件（比如电缆、电机和控制箱）的材料计算和技术指导。
4. Effective communication skills, responsible and careful to deliver trainings and feedback to both clients and construction partners, and maintain construction quality standards according to Haygrove SOPs.
具有高效的沟通能力，细心负责，能够为客户和施工伙伴提供培训和反馈，并按照黑革萝操作流程维护施工质量标准。
5. Be able to relocate to project sites at one time.
能够接受驻在项目现场。
6. Bachelor degree, and qualification in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
本科学历，电气工程专业优先考虑。
