Other work assigned by leader. 上级安排的其它工作。 4. Responsible for organizing the establishment of the company's HSE management system, rules and regulations, operation procedures and emergency rescue plans, and establishing relevant files and ledgers. 负责组织建立公司HSE管理体系、规章制度、操作规程和事故应急救援预案，并建立相关档案与台账。 5. Responsible for HSE publicity, education and training, and record the education and training. 负责HSE的宣传教育培训工作，并记录教育培训情况。 6. Responsible for the company's safety supervision and inspection, and organize and carry out the company's safety potential inspection; Supervise and inspect the company's HSE work; Timely investigate potential production safety accidents, and put forward suggestions for improving safety management. 负责公司安全监督检查，组织开展公司安全隐患检查；对公司HSE工作情况进行监督和检查；及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全管理的建议。 7. Supervise and urge the implementation of safety management and rectification measures of hazard sources and potential safety hazards. 督促落实危险源及安全隐患的安全管理及整改措施。 8. Organize the investigation, analysis and treatment of HSE accidents. 组织HSE事故的调查、分析、处理。 9. Organize emergency rescue drills and make relevant records. 组织应急救援演练，并做好相关记录。 10. Responsible for docking and communication with HSE department of Arkema Headquarters, and completing HSE related tasks assigned by Arkema Headquarters. 负责与Arkema总部HSE部门对接及沟通，完成Arkema总部交办的HSE相关工作任务。 11. External: docking and communication with government departments (Health Supervision Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, etc.) and management committee of Yunnan Province, Kunming City, Songming County, Yanglin Economic Development District, etc., and completing various tasks required by government departments. Communicate with customer HSE department to ensure customer site HSE management meets customer requirements. 对外：与云南省、昆明市、嵩明县、杨林经开区政府部门（卫生监督局、应急管理局、生态环境局等）、管委会等进行对接及沟通，完成政府部门要求的各项工作。与客户HSE部门对接及沟通，确保客户现场HSE管理符合客户要求。 12. Internally: keep close contact and cooperation with all departments of the company, help each other and jointly complete work tasks. (Songming plant, Kunming office, OEM, customer on-site technical service team, etc.) 对内：与公司各部门密切联系与配合，相互帮助，共同完成工作任务。（嵩明工厂、昆明办公室、代工厂、客户现场技服团队等） 13. Arkema Group: keep close contact and communication with Arkema HSEQ department and related departments, and complete the tasks assigned by Arkema. 对集团：与阿科玛HSEQ部门及相关部门保持密切联系与沟通，完成阿科玛总部交付的工作任务。 14. Relevant parties: maintain communication and cooperation with contractors, suppliers, OEM and other relevant parties to ensure that relevant parties' behaviours meet the requirements of laws and regulations and the HSE requirements of Arkema. 对相关方：与承包商、供应商、代加工厂等相关方保持沟通与配合，确保相关方行为满足法律法规要求及阿科玛HSE要求。 Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above, safety engineering; Environmental science; Environmental engineering; Chemical process engineering or related major. 本科及以上学历，安全工程；环境科学；环境工程；化学工艺工程等相关专业。 2. At least 35years HSEQ related experience (ISO management system, internal auditor certificate, OHSAS management system, registered safety engineer is preferred). 5年以上HSEQ相关经验（ISO管理体系、内审员证、OHSAS管理体系、注册安全工程师优先考虑）。 3. Good ability of process analysis, safety analysis and solution. 具有良好的工艺分析能力，安全分析和解决能力。 4. Strong sense of safety, team management ability and cooperative spirit. 具有较强的安全意识和团队合作精神。 5. Proactive, good communication skills and problem-solving skills. 主动积极，良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。 6. Good oral and written English skills. 良好的英语口语和书写能力。
