主要工作内容 · To carry out exceptional customer service according to the company standards. 按照公司标准为顾客提供高品质的服务。 · To handle any customer complaints according to LS Asia policy & CAG’s refund policy.按照公司流程处理客户投诉。 · To have a complete understanding of the LS Asia Employee Handbook, Procedures and Policies and to abide by these at all times.全面了解和掌握员工手册内容,公司流程及政策规定,并且坚持遵守。 · To carry out accurate cash register operations at all times and ensure that the correct procedures are applied for cash handling.进行精确的收银操作,确保现金流程的正确执行。 · To ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any products on promotions.全面掌握所有产品知识,品牌定位,促销产品,当季活动。 · To help maintaining a high merchandising standard as per VM / Brand guidelines.协助维护店铺始终保持高标准的产品陈列 · Loss Prevention – Reduce the Risk店铺防损工作,包括损耗和盗窃 任职要求: · 1 to 3 years of sales experience.1至3年销售经验。 · Strong sales and interpersonal relationship qualities.较强的销售及人际交往能力。 · Sound understanding of basic principles of customer service.较强的客户服务意识。 · Good communication skills and professional presentation.良好的沟通与表达技巧。 · Good listening skills and ability to advise customers on purchases.良好的倾听及为客户提供意见技巧 · Second language is a plus.拥有英语或其他外语能力者优先
