职位描述
1.岗位职责
1.1 负责公司产品海外指定区域营销和客户开发工作,完成指定区域产品销售和客户开发工作,为客户提供产品应用方案;
1.2 制定并根据销售计划开展工作,跟进订单进展,完成当期销售和回款任务;
1.3 参加相关展会(国内国外),收集和分析市场信息,为公司提供促进销售的建议;
1.4 负责支持公司外销出口,衔接公司各部门的日常业务往来;
1.5 跟进所负责的客户,维护客户关系,保持客户档案的完整;
1.6 完成公司交办的其它工作。

2.任职要求
2.1 本岗位接受优秀应届毕业生,公司提供完善的培训辅导;

2.3 大专及以上学历,年龄21-35岁(特别优秀者可适当放宽);
2.4 专业不限,化学、化工、生物、医药专业优先;
2.5 外语能力作为本岗位的核心任职要求,需英语熟练(听说读写),可作为商务工作语言;应届毕业生要求CET6及以上英语技能;其他小语种或双语能力可加分;
2.6 三年以上同行销售经验,有精细化工、药品等销售经验或客户资源者优先,熟悉或基本了解香精香料行业者优先。

1.Job Responsibilities
1.1 Responsible for the overseas marketing and customer development work of the company's products, complete the sales and customer development work of the designated region, and provide customers with product application solutions;
1.2 Develop and work according to the sales plan, follow up on the progress of orders, and complete the current sales and collection tasks;
1.3 Participate in relevant exhibitions (domestic and foreign), collect and analyze market information, and provide suggestions to promote sales for the company;
1.4 Responsible for supporting the company's foreign sales and export, and coordinating the daily business exchanges between various departments of the company;
1.5 Follow up with customers in charge, maintain customer relationships, and keep customer files complete;
1.6 Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

2. Job Requirements
2.1 This position welcomes outstanding fresh graduates, and the company provides comprehensive training and guidance.
2.2 This position accepts applications from outstanding foreign nationals.
2.3 College degree or above, age 21-35 (exceptional candidates may be relaxed accordingly);
2.4 Professional is not limited, chemical, chemical, biological, pharmaceutical professional is preferred;
2.5 Foreign language proficiency is a core requirement for this position. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is required and can be used as a business working language. Fresh graduates are required to have CET6 or above in English skills. Other minor languages or bilingual skills can be given extra points.
2.6 At least 3 years of sales experience in the same industry, with sales experience in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc., or customer resources, and familiarity with or basic understanding of the perfume and fragrance industry is preferred.

3. Capability Requirements
3.1 Sales Ability: Ability to formulate sales plans, supervise sales implementation, and evaluate sales results.
3.2 Market Analysis: Able to analyze market trends and provide practical strategy support for company marketing and expansion.
3.3 Customer Management: Proficient in maintaining customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3.4 Communication ability: extroverted social personality, with excellent internal and external communication and coordination ability, and able to handle complex problems and emergencies.
3.5 Teamwork ability: has pioneering spirit and team spirit, and has the ability to withstand pressure.
3.6 Learning Ability: Strong self-learning ability, can quickly learn and absorb professional knowledge and business skills in new business and new fields.
