Position: Major Tasks 1. Based on our pipeline, province maket strategy and provinces crops/targets, design povince URT and VPT plan 2. Protocols design, carry out trials and data generation for summary to address products local TP and VP 3. Take charge of province special targets/segements and province tailor solution proposal, design protocols and confirmation to finalize the recommendation 4. Responsible for KT documents preparation and design the province KT plan through VPT, training and standard demo yards 5. Design the province commerical demos/MDF protocols, follow up the process and feedback analysis 6. Support the provincial launch activities as well as marketing campaigns, training and governance activities. 7. Grasp local practice and needs to propose the new concepts then confirm it 8. Responsible for data generation of digital farming. 9. Engage to define province maketing plan and short time and long time strategies 10. Handle withthe complaints about phytotoxicity and efficacy 11. Provinces technical core person for technical consulting, 400 hot line and on line technical support Position: Skills,... Education and Experience: Agriculture Master degree+ 4 years or Agriculture Bachelor degree +8 years work experience in agrochemical industry; Skills: Good knowledge for local crop phenology and grasp the various category products F&B; Deep understand local growers practice and needs; Grasp the product development process and have the stronger crop&product performance senstivity; Know well for the protocol design, quality trial standards, carry out trials, data generation then address the protocol summary; Have the good communcation skills and market sense. Prefer to have the basic English communication skills.
