Finance Manager Requirements:
-Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential).
-5+ years as a Finance Manager in manufacturing, with expertise in cost accounting, BOM, and internal control
-Epicor/SAP as a core requirement and with experience in modules relevant to cost accounting
-Experience liaising with auditors and government agencies is required.
-Thorough knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks
-Ability to manage month-end closures under tight deadlines

Work Experience (years&background):
-Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and monthly financial forecast.
-Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
-Experience in manufacturing costing, BOM and controlling cost and expense
-Able to manage project and ensure cost are under controlled.
-Experience in internal control, ensure the awareness and compliance of the policy within company in scope and continuously improvement
-Prefer MNC accounting experience and audit firm experience
-Ability to liaise with auditor and government related personnel.
