·Interface between factory and customer for any field quality issue and be the leader between all departments to solve field quality issue. ·Collect and provide the quality report per customer request. ·Be the main contact window of customer for setting quality goal. ·Coordinate and facilitate the customer quality review and audit activities in factory side. ·Submit and manage the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and ECR (Engineering Change Request) to customer for approval. ·Drive to improve the product quality and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) performance continuously.
