Main responsibilities主要职责:
1) Create and update all PPAP documents, such as Control Plan, inspection instructions, MSA ect.创建和更新所有PPAP文件, 例如控制计划, 检验作业指导书, MSA等.
2) Support all PPAP phases of new projects from Quality从质量方面支持新项目开发阶段的相关工作
3) Deal with customer complaints in time, and 8D report submit, and following up until close.
及时处理客户抱怨, 提交8D报告, 跟踪并关闭
4) Communication with customer, ensure customer quality requirement carried out accurately.
与客户沟通, 确保客户要求准确实施,执行
5) Monitor production process, deal with quality issues during production.
监控生产过程, 处理生产过程中的质量问题
6) Support customer audit, internal audit, such as VDA6.3, process audit, production audit.
支持客户审核, 内部审核过程, 例如VDA6.3, 过程审核, 产品审核
7) Training employees with quality awareness, including customer requirements, control method and data record ect.员工质量意识培训, 包括客户要求, 控制方法, 数据记录等
8) Work together with measurement room Feasibility evaluation of CMM measurement program during APQP, then discussion and aligned with Customer together.
CMM 协助测量程序的在开发阶段的可行性评估, 与客户讨论并达成一致
9) Serve as a primary contact with customer.作为客户的主要联络人
10) Lead problems solving efforts.带头解决问题
11) Lead assigned Quality initiatives.带头分配质量管理行动
12) Assist in Continuous Improvement activities.协助持续改善行动
13) Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts.
遵守环境管理体系监管要求,程序和作业指导书,并支持回收。
14) Other duties as assigned from Quality Manager.质量经理指派的其他职责
15) Creation of failure analyses and evaluation to reduce of those with the usual methods: Pareto diagram, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.
采用通用法:柏拉图, 鱼骨图,5 Why等等创建失效分析和评估以减少失效
16) Create sample test reports (ISTR, PPAP) also at changes in customer drawings
创建样品测试报告(ISTR,PPAP及客户图纸变更时)
17) Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance. 遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
18) Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. College degree and above 大专及以上学历
2. Chinese fluent汉语流利
3. Written English is good, preferred CET4书面英语良好，英语大外四级优先
4. Quality Engineer with > 6 years of experience 6年以上质量相关工作经验
5. Basic knowledge in IATF16949, ISO 14001, VDA.了解IATF16949，ISO 14001及VDA
