具体工作内容
l 按时完成新产品的技术导入与已有产品的技术更新，产品的测试及数据采集与分析并及时完成测试报告；
l 在产品质量改进中提供产品运行的数据及分析报告，为改进空压机设计提供支持；
l 根据开发部经理的要求制定需要开展的RD项目计划表并跟进落实；
l 对所开展的RD项目的BOM、图纸、资料的正确、完整和有效性负责；
l 对RD项目的空压机的运行、维护保养、维修负责，保证RD项目的空压机正常测试运行，保证所采集的数据真实有效；
l 负责产品开发过程中与有关部门的有效沟通，及时催动项目完成；
l 按需要给相关部门的人员作技术培训；
l 清楚、明确、负责、及时完成任务、达到目标；
l 及时向中国公司开发部经理汇报；
l 积极进取、资源共享、团队精神。
任职资格
l 本科以上；压缩机、热能与动力、机械设计制造及其自动化专业；
l 熟练掌握机械设计、制造、工程热力学、电气控制、DAQ(LABVIEW)等相关知识；
l 了解流体学、传热学等相关知识更佳；
l 二年以上制造业经验，熟悉空气压缩机原理，大型活塞式空压机压缩机开发经验优先；
l 较强的计算机应用能力，具备CAD制图能力并有相关的经验。
l 常驻昆山。中国公民，具备相关的身份证明与学历证明。
l 有良好的沟通技巧，热情大方、绝对忠诚，良好的英文能力。
R&D Engineer Job Description
？ Development of Equipment & of Product’s Technical updates
？ Test of Equipment on the Company Product – acquisition of data using Data Acquisition Cards & Software
？ Data analysis in attempt to show improvement of Product & Reporting
？ Time Management on R&D Projects under supervision of the R&D Manager – Preparation – Installation – Tests run & Reporting
？ Responsibility of Product modification - Bill Of Materials – Technical Drawings – Validity of Data collected
？ Responsibility on Product maintenance & repair to ensure the Product runs in a valid Configuration & Status prior to Tests
Qualifications
？ Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical – Fluid Physics – Thermodynamic – Energy - Automatism & Regulation
？ Knowledge in Mechanical design
？ 5 years minimum in a Manufacturing environment
？ Familiar with the principles of Compressors & Rotary drive equipments
？ Computer skills: Microsoft Office & CAD is a plus
？ DAQ (Data Acquisition) systems, design of VI (Virtual Instruments) diagrams & their modifications (can it be on National Instrument – Labview or other software) experience is requested as well as the general knowledge of sensors (Temperatures / Pressures / Power / Flow)
