Basic Requirements基本要求:

1、Possess a University /College Technical background or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years working experience in the quality control

具有大专以上或同等学历机械背景，至少3年以上质量方面工作经验.

2、Knowledge of quality tools, such as Control Plans、PFMEA、PPAP、8D report、SPC、MSA、GD&T etc.

熟悉控制计划、PFMEA、PPAP、8D report、SPC、MSA、GD&T

3、Familiar with IATF16949/ISO14001 system and related requriements.,

熟知IATF 16949/IOS14001 体系及相关体系要求

4、Excellent interpersonal skills- dealing with customers and various departments in a multicultural environment.

有良好的沟通能力，处理客户与各部门之间的相关问题

5、Good English spoken and written

良好的英语口头和书写能力

6、Experience of welding quality control is perfered

焊接产品质量控制经验优先
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

1. Maintains and implement quality management system ，Ensure the operating system running with Quality system

维护和推行质量管理体系，确保公司按照质量体系要求运转

2. Lead Quality Problem solving activities, such as Customer Complaints, Internal and supplier quality issue.

领导质量问题的处理，如顾客投诉、内部及供应商质量问题.

3. Monitor the product quality performance on shop floor and follow up corrective & preventive action.

监控产品质量，跟踪纠正和预防措施的落实验证

4. Developing, revising and maintaining quality control、inspecting, testing and evaluating standards from receiving、in-process through outgoing.

负责制定、修改和维护质量控制、检验、测试及评估的标准

5. Supports Program Manager finish APQP and PPAP for new program.

支持项目经理完成新项目的APQP和PPAP.

6. Lead test fixture and components & finish products Gauge developed

牵头开发测试工装夹具、零件及成品检具

7. Responsible for customer audit and follow up action implementation

负责客户审核并跟踪审核结果及措施实施

8. Take Part in internal audit and conduct product audits.

参与内部审核并实施产品审核

9. Understand and summarize the special demand from client and transfer to related department

理解并汇总客户的特殊要求,并传达到公司相关部门。
