Main Duties/Responsibilities of the Position:
- In charge of development and launch of products
- Analyze and develop new products according to clients’ requirement
- Review released 2D & 3D design and technical documents, ensure all fulfill design specification
- Maintain and release drawings and BOMs, responsible for design change management
- Develop technical solutions for the proposed changes to existing products
- Monitor tasks for the manufacture and testing of prototypes, samples and pre-series products
- Support prototypes building and follow DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report), ADVP&R (Analysis/Development/Validation Plan & Report)
- Regular communicate with client and R&D center to support all R&D activities
- Propose actions for the procedure and product and any ideas that make it possible to improve the process and product
Job Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical or Mechatronics background
- More than 3 years of R&D experience
- Familiar with interior design of automotive, or familiar with oil pump, injection molded products and sheet metal products’ design
- Skilled at 3D software like Pro/E, UG or CATIA
- Familiar with GD&T
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
