Automotive validation engineer

Main task:

• Alignment of validation test requirement with customer
• Transfer customer test specification to final validation test plan and align with central development in Germany
• Evaluate test cost according to final validation test plan
• Familiar with environmental test according to customer requirement
• Experience in the test laboratory
• Develop design and process validation (DV & PV) test plan according to customer specifications
• Complete design and process validation tests according to customer specifications
• Creation of test reports according to the design and process validation test in Chinese/ English

Experience and qualifications required:

• University degree 
• Experience in the test laboratory for automotive validation test
• English language (written and spoken)
• Good analysis and problem-solving abilities, and the abilities of quick learning and networked thinking
• Willingness to continuous further training
