Accountant Responsibilities
1、？Post journal entries in ERP, Fixed Assets Management.
在ERP系统中录入总账分录。负责固定资产管理。
2、Issue VAT invoices to Customers on time and arrange the reversal of issued VAT invoices. Prepare related tax reports and AR/AR reports.
及时给客户开具增值税发票，并处理红字发票。准备相关税务及应收/应付账款报告。
3、Finish the monthly and related reports independently.Prepare timely reconciliation between G/L & Sub-ledger and make sure integrity of financial data in G/L.
完成月度结账工作及相关报表。总帐和分类账的对账，保证财务报表中财务数据的完整性。
4、In charge of tax declaration e.g. VAT, Stamp Duty, Export taxes refunding, etc.
负责相关的税务申报，包括增值税，印花税，出口退税等
5、Responsible for Enterprise annual registration and other government related data report.
负责企业年检等相关政府数据汇报。
6、？Complete other tasks on time and effectively assigned by superiors
及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作

Requirement
1、College degree or above is required, majoring in Accounting, Financial Management etc. with 3-4 years' working experience.
大专或以上学历，会计、财务管理等专业，3-4年工作经验。
2、Should have thorough knowledge of accounting.
应当具备很好的财务知识。
3、Should have good understanding of the business and relevant working experience.
应当对于公司业务具有良好的理解及足够的实际操作经验。
4、Be good at Office software and ERP experience
熟练运用office办公软件，ERP相关经验。
