Position Overview 1.To grow and optimize sales opportunities within the region through building and maintaining excellent relationships with key clients and prospective customers. 2.Bring projects into the sales pipeline and manage projects through the sales process using the Tomra CRM system 3.Increase the volume of upgrade sales and collect information about the customer base to help shape our future sales strategy.
Main Responsibilities 1.Market research to expand on our knowledge on categories of fruit, together with our Market Intelligence Team. 2.Cold calling new leads coming from the market research. 3.Cleaning up the existing database, by updating existing leads/prospects and making sure the information in our CRM is up to date to spot any new prospect/opportunity. 4.Helping out our marketing team in making Exhibitors List Analysis for the trade shows we are planning to attend in APAC (e.g., Asia Fruit Logistica). ? This new resource could help in analyzing the list of exhibitors of such shows. ? Screen the companies. ? Shortlisting those that are interesting for Tomra. ? Cold calling them prior to the events to invite to visit us. 5.Other ***-approach/contact type of tasks.
Qualification &Specification 1.Good English speaking and written skills. 2.Demonstrates personal drive, honesty and integrity. 3.Proven listening, negotiation and verbal communication skills. 4.Previous sales experience in the horticultural, capital equipment or fresh produce markets. 5.Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully deliver on annual regional objectives. 6.Competent with CRM tool. 7.Ability to understand and effectively communicate technology and engineering concepts to customers across varying cultures.
