2. Achieve in-shift tasks and business goals 完成本班次的工作任务及业务目标
3. Train barista trainees to grow their coffee knowledge and brewing skill. 培训咖啡吧员，提高他们的咖啡知识和煮制技能
4. (Senior baristas only) Monitor and calibrate coffee quality to ensure every cup handed to our customers meets Peet’s standard. （仅高级咖啡师）监督、较准门店咖啡出品质量，确保每一杯都符合品牌标准
5. (Senior baristas only) Train and assess baristas on regular basis to ensure coffee capability in the store meets Peet’s standard. （仅高级咖啡师）培训并考核咖啡师、咖啡吧员，确保门店整体出品水准符合品牌要求

1. Great passion in coffee and in serving people. 热爱咖啡、热爱服务行业
2. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill良好的口头表达能力和人际沟通能力
3. Rounded coffee skill up to Peet’s standard 咖啡知识和技能达到Peet’s咖啡师/高级咖啡师标准
4. Be in line with industry behavior and appearance举止得体、外貌端正

7. (Senior baristas only) Basic training skill高级咖啡师需要具备基本的培训技巧，能够完成咖啡教室课程
