岗位职责：
1、执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本;
2、科学管理货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库化的使用率;
3、有效配合公司整体业务运作需求;
4、规划与组织员工指导、培训等工作，提升员工个人能力。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，有物流仓库管理经验优先；
2、2至3年以上物流仓储相关领域工作经验；
3、熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范；
4、较强的解决问题和沟通的能力，熟练使用基本的办公管理软件；
Job Description:

Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above, experience in logistics warehouse management is preferred.
2.More than 2 to 3 years working experience in logistics warehousing related fields.
3.Familiar with logistics warehousing operation process, familiar with the use and maintenance specifications of related logistics equipment.
4.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, proficient in using basic office management software.
