岗位职责: 1、执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程,提高效率,降低成本; 2、科学管理货品库位,提出改进方案,保证仓库化的使用率; 3、有效配合公司整体业务运作需求; 4、规划与组织员工指导、培训等工作,提升员工个人能力。 任职要求: 1、大专以上学历,有物流仓库管理经验优先; 2、2至3年以上物流仓储相关领域工作经验; 3、熟悉物流仓储作业流程,熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范; 4、较强的解决问题和沟通的能力,熟练使用基本的办公管理软件; Job Description: 1.Implement and improve the rules and regulations of the warehouse, standardize the operation standards and processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs. 2.Scientifically manage the location of goods, propose improvement plans, and ensure the utilization rate of warehouse. 3.Effectively cooperate with the company's overall business operation needs 4.Plan and organize employee guidance, training and other work to improve employees' personal capabilities. Job Requirements: 1.College degree or above, experience in logistics warehouse management is preferred. 2.More than 2 to 3 years working experience in logistics warehousing related fields. 3.Familiar with logistics warehousing operation process, familiar with the use and maintenance specifications of related logistics equipment. 4.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, proficient in using basic office management software.
