岗位职能：
1.To ensure timely and safe delivery of all purchases orders within the set cost.
在预算范围内保证所有供应商订单交货的及时性和安全性。
2.To support CSA team deliver parts to customers or appointed place on time without additional cost happened.
支持客户服务团队准时交付，且没有任何额外费用的产生。
3.To join in develop and implement supply chain strategy and policies in line with the overall business strategy and objectives.
参与制定并实施供应链战略和政策的整体业务战略和目标。
4. To lead continuously improve and develop logistics operational process to increase the efficiency and save cost.
领导物流团队不断改善和优化物流业务流程以提高效率和节省成本。
5.To coordinate with engineering, production and sales as well as other related teams to reduce the slow-moving and phase-in/out items.
与工程、生产、销售等其它职能部门紧密合作，加强团队合作,减少呆滞物料库存量
6.To ensure warehouse operation and inventory management in compliance with Finance procedure, supply chain strategies, company and customer standards.
确保仓库及库存有效管理，符合财务程序，供应链战略管理及客户标准
7.To support CSA team manage products SOP and EOP, reduce and avoid the premium freight cost happened and obsolete materials generated.
支持客服团队加强产品的量产和寿命结束的管理，减少或避免超额运费和呆滞物料的产生。
8.To reduce the damage rate in warehouse and transportation operations by actively prevention plan.
通过积极的预防方案以达到降低在库和运输操作中的材料损坏率。
9.To define, measure and review key performance indicators on a regular basis and to define corrective and/or preventive actions when needed.
定义、考量和定期审查关键性能指标,定义必要的纠正和/或预防措施。
