岗位职责
1、负责客户开发及维护，为客户提供专业化的空运、海运、铁路、国内运输业务及仓储等物流解决方案；
2、负责分析客户需求，利用公司现有物流解决方案的易用性和灵活性，制定销售策略，达成合作；
3、在权限范围内，与客户谈判、提供报价、操作方案和跟踪运输的执行情况；
4、定期回访客户，收集客户反馈意见、投诉等信息，并转交相关部门，共同协商解决方案，提高服务质量。
任职要求
1、有物流行业的销售经验；
2、具有第三方物流、仓储管理、多式联运经验优先考虑；
3、具备良好的谈判技巧、表达能力；数据分析能力和业务展现能力强；
4、良好的团队合作意识，沟通协调能力强。

Job Description:
1. Be responsible for customer development and maintenance, and provide customers with specialized logistics solutions such as air transportation, sea transportation, railway, domestic transportation and warehousing.
2. Be responsible for analyzing customer needs, making use of the ease of use and flexibility of the company's existing logistics solutions, formulating sales strategies to achieving cooperation;
3. Negotiate with customers to provide quotations and operation plans, and track the implementation of transportation within the scope of authority, ;
4. Regularly visit customers, collect customer feedback, complaints and other information, and transfer them to relevant departments to jointly negotiate solutions to improve service quality;
Job Requirements:
1. Having sales experience in the logistics industry;
2. Have experience in third-party logistics, warehouse management and multimodal transport is preferred;
3. Have good negotiation skills and expression skills, with strong ability of data analysis and business presentation;
4. Have good sense of teamwork, strong communication and coordination skills;
