？ Working with maintenance group to ensure all the equipment are in good condition during the daily
operations, be able to lead continual improvement on processes to achieve the departmental targets.
Such as: “safety, quality, manufacturing efficiency..”

？ Responsible for material planning & purchasing to achieve the manufacturing plan

？ Guides correct operations to ensure the highest quality to be produced and optimize existed process to
reduce the non-conforming rate of in house manufacturing.

？ Responsible for taking preventive measures to ensure production safety & lead 6S project to ensure the
shop are organized/cleaned at all times.
采取相应防护措施，确保安全生产并推进 6S 项目以确保现场保持干净，整洁。
？ Be able to design the departmental organization. Control of manufacturing cost during the operations to
running economical manufacturing.
能设定部门人员规划。积极控制生产成本。
？ Other tasks assigned by operations manager
Education, Training,Experience:
教育、培训和经验：
大学本科毕业，机械工程系或相关专业; university degree in Mechanical
Engineering or related disciplines
？ At least five-year experience, preferable major in mechanism processing or
related steel business.5 年以上的实践工作经验，以机械和板金加工相关行业***
