The project leader is responsible for the on-schedule implementation of the projects assigned to him, using the procedures and tools described in the Project Management Manual. He controls the projects and assists in the preparation of quotations.

1. Project management by reviewing projects check list
2. Research for new projects planning and internal reporting
3. Customers specification review & technical presentation and proposal with customers
4. Discussing retrofitting with customers and ECU supplier, analyzes bench-marking
5. Ensuring customer support within the framework of current projects as regards deadlines, quality and engineering
6. Cooperation in devising sales and marketing strategies and their implementation for vehicle-related product and process development
7. Responsibility for successful project handling (technical and commercial) within the approved budget
8. Determination of the project team in consultation with specialist departments and organization of project meetings
9. Collation and forwarding of customer information (project data, competition situation, general trends)
10. Planning of future customer projects

Minimum 3 year experiences in project management in Automotive Industry

1. Fluent in both verbal and written English;
2. General computer skill using Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required;
3. Self-initiated individuals who like challenges are welcomed;
4. Candidates with strong engineering background is preferred
5. Candidates with project management accreditation is preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
