汇报对象 Report to：工艺与研发经理 Industrial and R&D Manger
职责 RESPONSIBILITY：
1. 管理维护所有实验室的仪器与设备，确保实验室的安全。
Maintain all lab equipment, ensure a safe environment in the lab.
2. 负责公司内部或与供应商协作的有关过滤和检测项目的开展；
Lead and manage projects on filtration / detection internally and with subcontractors.
3. 设计实验检测公司或市场产品的过滤器效能，通风等；
Set up tests to check the performance of filters, the ventilation of laboratory equipment including mainly hoods or cabinets with filtration manufactured by company or the competitors.
4. 负责化学品安全危害评估；
Risk assessment support.
5. 管理和监督公司和合作伙伴产品的质量和认证；
Organize and supervise quality control and certification testing for both company products and partners’ products.
6. 对销售、售后、生产、采购、市场等部门提供技术支持；
Provide internal technical support to sales, after-sales, production, purchasing, marketing, etc.
7. 对内提供化学方面的培训；
Conduct internal training related to chemistry to related people.
8. 学习了解产品相关法规标准，为新标准的建立提供建议。
Study, understand and apply standard / propose new protocol for future standard.
要求：
教育经历 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
本科或以上学历，化学、化工、材料化学等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Chemistry or similar.
工作经历和技能要求 WORKING EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
1. 最少5年化学实验室相关工作经验；
Chemist lab technician, 5 years minimum experience.
2. 有气体发射、取样和分析（气体发射器、气相色谱分析仪、离子色谱仪、红外光谱仪、在线分析仪，如PID，SF6红外分析仪）等工作经验；
Experience in gas emission, sampling, and analysis (gas chromatography, ionic chromatography, Infra-red spectrometry, direct read analyzer such as PID …)
3. 英语四级或以上，听说读写熟练，能够用中英文撰写测试报告和流程等；
Good English skill, CET 4 or above, able to read, write, speak, able to write test report and protocol in English/Chinese.
4. 能够熟练使用电脑和Office常用软件。
Familiar with using computer and Office.
