Operation management
1. Manage the receiving/shipping/storage operations in order to ensure the SOP is strictly followed.
2. Ensure the inventory accuracy in order to meet KPI target
3. Support internal and external auditing from quality system, government and other organizations in order to compliance with requirement
4. 5S/FIFO/Shelf Life/High value Parts/Special Materials/EHS/Security management in warehouse in order to ensure materials are managed/stored in good conditions.
5. Improve warehouse layout and materials flow in order to improve productivity.
6. Work with cross functions in order to reduce warehouse inventory/improve warehouse efficiency.
7. Driving team/related department in order to safety/quality risk in warehouse operation.
Cost Control
1. Consumable materials cost control within warehouse in order to save expense in department. 2. Store keepers productivity improvement thru process optimization, layout change, new equipment/new method implementation in order to save manpower in operation.
3. Work with related functions to push suppliers improve their service in order to reduce our cost
任职要求：
More than 10 years warehouse experience in manufactory plant (Electronics industrial is a plus), at least 5 years in warehouse supervisor position,
2 years in warehouse manager position Familiar with ERP system( SAP is a plus) operation. Proven ability to lead a big scope team, good interpersonal and people management skills
