Detailed Job Description:
1. Onsite service: Installation, startup, commissioning ,trouble shooting & Diagnostic etc.
2. Customer operation training on site
3. Sales technical support
4.Technical issues reporting & escalating
5.Service promotion on site
6.Communication between the customers and the company, and report to the company according to the procedure
7.Demonstrate professional image and attitude to customers
8.Follow company HES& S policy on site
9.Submit timesheet, service report, technical issues and job summary in time
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years installation and commissioning / euipment Maintenace working experience in Machinery industries related to beverage/Brewery/food .
2. Experienced in various PLC & software , able to programming & commissioning. Specially Siemens, TIA, Simotion(nice to have)
3. Cable connection according to drawing.
4. preferred with good level in English Speaking ,reading and Writing
5. Fast learner
6. High sense of responsibility
7. Strong Team-Work Spirit & knowledge sharing
8. problem-solving attitude
9. Good Communication Skill
10. Willingness of frequence travel.
