Job Responsibilities：
职位职责：
1、 负责建立和完善公司生产物料和间接物料的采购制度、采购流程；
Responsible for the establishment and improvement of company direct and indirect material purchase system and workflow.
2、 组织寻价、比价、采购价格谈判及供应商选点、评审及合同管控，及时高效完成新产品生产物料的导入；
Organize purchase enquiry, comparison, price negotiation, supplier selection, and purchase contract preparation, timely and efficiently complete new material introduction for project development.
3、 组织开拓新货源，及时跟进市场行情，结合现有供应商谈判，推动采购成本持续改善；
Continuously push for purchase cost reduction by new supplier development, and negotiation of price from existing suppliers based on the most updated market trend.
4、 按工作程序做好与相关部门的横向联系，改善部门间的沟通和合作；
Follow the defined work flow to enhance the communication and cooperation among related departments.
5、 支持和协助PMC跟进解决供应商采购合同确认、交期延误、质量赔偿等合同执行问题；
Support and help PMC to solve the problems related to purchase contract confirmation, possible delivery delay, quality compensation, and other related contract execution problems.
6、 定期组织相关部门对供应商进行价格、交货、质量等全方位评估，并根据评估结果采取相应措施完善供应商选择和供应比例；
Regularly organize related departments to carry out supplier evaluation from price, delivery, quality, etc., and deploy such evaluation reports to trigger supplier improvements, replacement, and possible supply ratio adjustment.

Job Requirements：
职位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，5年以上大型制造企业采购工作经验，其中3年以上采购管理工作经验；
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of purchase work experience in large manufacturing enterprises, including more than 3 years of purchase management experience;
2、 有家电、机电产品工作经验尤佳；
Familiar with all kinds of home appliance, mechanical-electrical, or electronic products working experience is preferred;
3、 有极强的协调、沟通、组织能力及学习能力；
Excellent coordination, communication, organization and learning ability；
4、 熟练的英语听说读写能力，工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力及沟通能力。
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; responsible, rigorous and meticulous in work; strong troubleshooting and communication skills;
