1. To ensure all responsible projects, RFQs and tasks can deliver on time.
2. To do the research and development for advanced and innovation technologies.
3. To ensure the responsible electronic design can fulfill Grupo Antolin latest Requirements & Development Procedures (P-116X, A-SPICE based) for different stage.
4. To ensure the quality (techncial, timing, cost) of design respecting requirements of Grupo Antolin and project specified.
5. To continuously improve the competence of hardware design & cross-function working skills.
6. To continuously optimize Grupo Antolin design guideline based on his/her experience before or experience in GA.
7. To provide adequate technical support to solve the hardware issue in projects.
8. To support the hardware industrialization for external EMS and internal plant.
9. To work closely with HQ and ensure that the company design strategy, design guide and lessons learnt/best practice to be transferred into local team & properly deployed.
11. Familiar with Functional Safety, able to create DFMEA, FMEDA, FTA, WCCA
12. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager
Requirements:
1 - Experience in the automotive electronics hardware development more than 4 years
2 - Experience in development respecting A-SPICE and ISO26262 as optional.
3 - Experience in DFMEA, FMEDA, FTA, WCCA
4- Person used to work under pressure and oriented to the fulfillment of deadlines and objectives
5- Fluid handling of lab instrument: Oscilloscope, Amperimetric Clamp, Tester
6- Competencies: Flexibility (which can adapt to continuous changes), Proactivity, Thoroughness, Analysis Ability, Independence, Teamwork.
