岗位职责/Duties：

1. 采购订单处理：负责项目采购的伸缩叉直接生产物料筛选、外发询价、确认货期及图纸整理（若有），物料询价比价议价，依据供应商综合表现进行订单分配，订单清单整理及订单提交审核，订单下发及跟踪供应商回签确认。
Purchase order processing: Responsible for Telescopic Fork direct production material filtering, confirmation of lead time and drawing review (if any) for project procurement, material inquiry, price comparison and negotiation, order allocation based on supplier comprehensive performance, order list summarization and order approval follow up, order issuance, and tracking of supplier order confirmation.
2. 异常处理：负责单据异常处理（送货单等），来料不良、制程不良、成品检验不良以及售后服务有关采购物料不良的处理及协调（换货、返修等）以及跟踪不良处理件的及时返回，项目物料异常处理（ECN或委外加工或制程不良），价格异常与供应商商务谈判，物流异常进行供应商及内部跨部门协调。
Abnormal Issues Handling: Responsible for handling document anomalies (delivery notes, etc.), handling and coordinating defective IQC/PQC/FQC materials, and after-sales service related procurement materials (exchange, repair, etc.), tracking the timely return of defective parts, handling project material anomalies (ECN or outsourced processing or process defects), negotiating price anomalies with suppliers, and coordinating logistics anomalies with suppliers and internal cross department coordination.
3. 交期追踪：常规项目或备库物料交期跟进及交期异常协调并ERP系统维护，长交期物料交期确认并内部跨部门以及外部供应商协调，项目交期调整（协调供应商送货计划）。
Delivery tracking: Follow up on the delivery date of regular projects or stocking materials, coordinate abnormal delivery dates, and maintain the ERP system. Confirm the delivery date of long lead time materials and coordinate with internal cross departments and external suppliers. Adjust project delivery dates (coordinate supplier delivery plans).
4. 物流管理：负责根据销售成品发货需求，进行物流商运费询价比价议价（或根据价格表）及派车送货与物流过程跟踪直至货物卸载至客户指定地点，系统物流公司维护及回单上传。
Logistics management: Responsible for conducting freight inquiry, price comparison, and negotiation (or based on the price list) for logistics providers based on the demand for sales of finished products, as well as tracking the delivery and logistics process until the goods are unloaded to the customer's designated location. The logistics ERP system maintains and uploads receipts.
5. 供应商品质管理：负责对批量性物料不良问题对供应商进行重点协调，跟进供应商进行根本品质原因分析及改进方案，跟进供应商对品质改进进行验证及持续改进。
Supplier Quality Management: Responsible for coordinating with suppliers on the issue of series material defects, following up on supplier root cause analysis and improvement actions, and verifying and continuously improving supplier quality.
6. 负责对账发票处理及付款申请。Responsible for reconciliation invoice processing and payment application.
7. 维护采购合同数据和文档、标准成本信息，并按公司要求.进行统计、分析和报告。
Maintain purchase contract data and documentation, standard cost information, and perform statistics, analysis and reporting as required by the company.
8. 日常物料计划制定及定期维护。Daily material planning and regular maintenance;
9. 上级主管安排其它任务。Other tasks from line manager.

岗位要求：

1. 专科及以上学历。College degree or above.
2. 5年以上采购相关工作经验，熟悉机械设备行业物料相关，具备基础的机械图纸识别能力及良好的口头表达能力。 More than 5 years purchasing related working experience, and mechanical equipment industry related experience, with mechanical drawing recognition ability and good oral expression ability.
3. 良好的英文书面能力及基本口语沟通能力优先考虑。Good English writing and basic oral communication skills are preferred.
4. 具备良好的商务谈判和价格谈判能力，能与供应商保持良好的合作关系，以及跨部门沟通协调能力。Good business and price negotiation ability and good communication skills to maintain supplier relationship, able to coordinate internal and external communication smoothly.
5. 具备独立解决采购交期延误、供应商品质不良等异常的能力。 Capable of independently resolving anomalies such as procurement lead time delays and poor supplier quality.
6. 工作细致，踏实，富有责任心，有较强的推动力和问题解决能力，以及主动自我学习能力。Meticulous, practical, responsible, with strong motivation and problem solving and self-learning ability.
