Work in Final Finishing area lead quality management and improvement in FF process trouble shooting and quality training in FF process Responsibilities: 1. Develop, optimize and maintain quality program files - Implement the quality system, timely deal with the problems in the production process, ensure the quality of products and services, and meet or even exceed customer needs. - Assist in the implementation of quality system and process audit and follow up improvement measures as planned. Actively use and promote appropriate quality improvement tools to improve quality control. 2. Supervise and audit quality and scrap, and provide feedback - Develop inspection and control documents for product quality - Regular document review 3. Follow up and confirm nonconforming product disposal suggestions - Responsible for daily product quality management of production line - Responsible for the control and improvement of defective products - Handling and control of nonconforming products 4. Work with management and technician to document quality events - Collect and summarize quality data, report and make improvement plan according to the defined cycle - Process capability and MSA analysis 5. Continuously promote the improvement of quality (process and product) - Assist to establish and implement process statistics and analysis to continuously improve product quality - Act as a coordinator and communicator to improve processes and processes by driving continuous improvement activities to improve product quality 6. Quality training - Provide tire production training and quality awareness training Qualification: 1. 5 years or above experience in tire industry QC or process engineering, mainly in FF area 2. Good communication skill and team player
