Main Job Responsibilities Interface with customers and coordinate with Sales Managers, Project Managers, Logistic and Finance department, etc. (1) Customer management - Customer visit, audit and events: work with Sales Managers or other departments to deal with customer visit, audit and events, prepare related documents or affairs. - Invoicing and overdue: prepare tooling invoice to customer, track the payment and overdue. - Price and volume track: keep track of price and volume history, make gap analysis. - System operation: maintain internal SAP system of customer / order information. - Other customer related issues assigned by Sales Managers / Sales Directors. (2) Company process Implementation - Contract review: work with Sales Managers to have contract reviewed by related departments. - Group audit: support on the yearly audit both externally and internally. - Other issues related to company process or guidelines. (3) Other daily work assigned by his / her supervisor Job Requirements (1) Have good communication skills both in Chinese and English. (2) smart and self-motivated, independent think and work ability. (3) good sense of market and sales, better to have working experience in auto-industry. (4) good team player with personal influence, ability of cross-departmental collaboration. (5) skills of Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.), and skill of SAP system.
