职责描述 Responsibility description

1.寻求合适的供应商和产品。
通过多渠道了解市场和供应链，评估供应商的资质和能力，开发合格的供应商。
Seek suitable suppliers and products.
Understand the market and supply chain through multiple channels, evaluate the qualifications and capabilities of suppliers, and develop qualified suppliers.
2.技术评估和验证。
参与技术讨论，深度配合工程师和质量人员，推荐各项打样、验证工作。
Technical evaluation and validation.
Participate in technical discussion, deeply cooperate with engineers and quality per-sonnel, recommend various proofing and verification work.
3.询价及价格管理。
询价，比价，议价。 整理项目采购需求，为项目的采购需求提供良好有竞争力的价格。
和供应商签订年度合同，框架协议，持续降低采购成本。
Inquiry and price management.
Make inquiries, compare prices, negotiate prices. Organize project procurement re-quirements and provide good and competitive prices for project procurement re-quirements. Sign annual contracts and framework agreements with suppliers to con-tinuously reduce procurement costs.
4.成本分析与统计。
对项目的采购成本进行分析统计，优化采购成本，缩短整体交期，持续优化采购方案。
Cost analysis and statistics.
Analyze the procurement cost of the project, optimize the procurement cost, shorten the overall delivery time, and continuously optimize the procurement plan.
5.质量和风险管理。
具备良好的质量意识，处理采购件的质量异常。评估采购风险，执行风险控制计划，提供应急方案和库存管理计划。
Quality and risk management.
Have good quality awareness to deal with the abnormal quality of purchased parts. Evaluate procurement risks, implement risk control plans, provide contingency plans and inventory management plans.
6.供应商的考评和绩效管理。
进行供应商评价，对供应商数据进行汇总统计，对供应商从多维度进行考评， 持续优化供应体系。
Supplier evaluation and performance management.
Conduct supplier evaluation, summarize supplier data, evaluate suppliers from multi-ple dimensions, and continuously optimize the supply system.

任职要求
1.设备制造， 自动化行业背景， 5年以上前端采购及供应商开发经验。2年以上的半导体，光伏行业从业经验。
Equipment manufacturing, automation industry background, more than 5 years of front-end procurement and supplier development experience. More than 2 years working experience in semiconductor and photovoltaic industry.
2.英语口语能力。
Oral English ability.
3.有项目/设备的采购经验，能够处理复杂的物料表，能够进行复杂Bom的价格统计和数据整理。
Experience in project/equipment procurement, able to deal with complex material ta-bles, able to carry out complex Bom price statistics and data sorting.
4.理工科教育背景， 有在技术背景下从事采购工作的经验。
Science and engineering education background, with experience in purchasing work under technical background.
5.能够看懂机加工图纸，理解标准件的选型数据表。
Able to read machining drawings and understand the selection data sheet of standard parts.
6.会开车，接受出差。
Can drive and accept business trips.
