Position: Supply Chain Manager Budget: 25000~32000 per month Manager’s Position: Operation Director
Job Summary: Together with the Operation Director, define the strategy, policies and objectives of the department, and participating in the definition of the management plan for the business unit. Lead the definition, implementation and improvement of planning, procurement and logistics processes.
Main Responsibilities: 1. Team management: Supervising, coordinating and motivating their team, ensuring that communication and discussions are held to fully understand the company objectives. Leading the team to achieve the objectives and build up the team capability. 2. Customer Service: Manage customer order and billing process to make sure customer order is fulfilled smoothly and in time. 3. Planning: Planning and scheduling the activities to be performed in relation to the planning of production and the business stock to guarantee the service at an optimal cost, such as: achieving the planned turnover, matching production / stocks for new launches, managing obsolete stocks, chairing planning meetings. 4. Logistics: Coordinating together with the Purchasing, Manufacturing and Engineering departments to resolve problems relating to procurement, quality, modifications and launches and any incidents arising in logistics management, manage the logistic cost according to company budget. 5. Continuous improvement: Finding, studying and adapting new methods and techniques that lead to continuous improvements in the planning department, optimisation its costs, procurement and shipments, aiming to satisfy the clients and ensure compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, guaranteeing that the staff in the departments are properly informed.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. 8+years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years SCM experience and 3 years+ team management experience 3. Familiar with SAP ERP system 4. Automotive components’ industry experience will be a plus 5. English can use it as working language
