Who you are:
As a member of Global Sourcing and Sourcing Operations China, lead and take responsibility for Supplier Quality management and supplier developments, supplier quality performance and improvements.
Safeguard following the sourcing quality processes and objectives.
Accountable for supplier quality, the NCR and Purchasing improvement process, new item and supplier approval process according to PPAP.

About the job:
General
· Lead and take responsibility for Supplier Quality management and supplier developments, quality performance, and improvements.
· Lead and develop the SQA team.
· Follow up and reach defined KPI and objectives.
· Lead and manage the quality related activities.
· Safeguard following process and use tools.
· Ensure PPAP process for new item and supplier approval.
· Actively seeking and follow through on any VAVE or suggestion for any improvements.
· Responsible to secure and follow up on NCR and Purchasing improvement process.
· Give input and being active speaking partner to the sourcing organization, quality departments, product groups, R&D, and other stakeholders within the organization.
· Responsible to give input on tools & procedures within Global Sourcing and implementation.
· Drive and being an ambassador for quality management and way of working.
Qualification process
· As joint owner of supplier strategy, responsible for supplier and part qualification process, as the key owner of supplier process control
· Lead part approval according to PPAP process
· Safeguard processes and tools
Project management
· Initiate and manage supply chain development projects per business requirements to secure defined KPIs
· Drive global processes and tool developments in the region.
Quality management
· Coordinate localization of products related to Quality aspect.
· Driver for the local PIM structure and objectives
· NCR resolutions are driven according to L6S process.
· Lead the team when they are appointed as resolution leaders for PIM cases.
· Support factory quality organization to ensure quality data measurements are relevant and transparent.

What you know:

● 5 - 10 years’ experience from production/manufacturing company in global environment
● Proofed Leadership and management skills
● Fluent in English language
● Experience from PPAP and L6S certified BB or GB
● Skilled in Microsoft office package.
● Highest business integrity
