Job Responsibilities: 职位职责: 1、 根据PMC经理的生产主计划,制作对应的物料需求计划和采购计划。 Based on the master production plan from PMC manager, create corresponding material requirement plan and purchase plan.. 2、 根据采购计划,生成相应的采购订单,落实采购订单的确认和签署工作。 According to the purchase plan, generate respective purchase orders. Take in charge of issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and make sure that suppliers can sign back purchase orders in time. 3、 跟进采购订单的交货进展情况,尽力避免采购物料的晚交、少交、质量差等影响生产的物料供应问题。发现问题要及时处理上报。 Closely follow up the progress of purchase orders, try best to avoid any possible later delivery, short delivery, poor quality cases that may impact planned production. Need to take quick actions to address any identified problems. 4、 协助研发部和品质部完成新产品物料的导入和确认。 Support R&D and Quality team to finish the material preparation for new product introduction. 5、 与品质部一起持续监控、测量以及持续改进供应商的质量。 Align with quality department to continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve suppliers quality performance. 6、 积极开拓新供应商,降低采购成本。 Actively explore the supply market, develop new suppliers to reduce purchase cost. 7、 上级领导安排的其它工作 Other work assigned by manager
