Support new product introduction, daily monitor production lines in manufacturing site. Lead or co-operate with other functional team to investigate and resolve product quality issue. With manufacturing engineering skills develop innovative solutions, quickly troubleshoot and correct day-to-day operational problems. Ensure all critical product design issues are identified and resolved. Stay on the top of manufacturing technology and processes in the industry to meet the needs of company’s fast growth. Requirements: 1. 5+ years experiences in manufacturing industry, or relevant 2. Hands-on knowledge and skills on process development including fixture design, PFMEA draft , automotive equipment design 3. Prefer the candidate from auto industry 4. Familiar with connector process and mechanical assembly for small unit. 5. Lean manufacturing expert is desirable 6. Familiar with Infotainment connector manufacturing and application, relevant experience is preferred 7. Be familiar with Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles, workflow, PFMEA and methodology 8. Good leadership and reporting skills; ability to communicate well at all levels internally and externally 9. Knowledge of production processes such as cutting, bending, stamping, plating, assembly. Responsibilities: 1. Work with manufacturing team to develop new manufacturing process for NPI project 2. Main focus on new project process, fixture design and documentation initiate. 3. Evaluation and approve manufacturing process (process flow, fixture, equipment etc. before mass production started) 4. Monitor product line and identify opportunity for improvement 5. Review the process change request from manufacturing 6. Review product design and provide DFM inputs 7. Follow new project schedule to ensure the manufacturing process readiness The ideal candidate have the ability to communicate well in spoken and written English. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, manufacturer or other related field; Proficient in MS Office,CAD, familiar with 3D software ;
