-按照公司策略要求，拓展服务业务，提升市场占有率
According to the company's strategic requirements, expand service business and increase market share
-定期巡访客户，了解客户需求，开发潜在客户
Regularly visit customers, understand their needs, and develop potential customers
-推荐和销售服务合同、改造项目等增值服务，扩大品牌和服务的市场认知度
Recommend and sell value-added services such as service contracts and renovation projects, expand market awareness of brands and services
-服务、备件、改造项目等业务的报价和服务合同谈判工作
Quotation and negotiation of service contracts for services, spare parts, renovation projects, and other related businesses
-在服务进行的过程中与客户沟通，确保客户满意度
Communicate with customers during the service process to ensure customer satisfaction
-按期完成销售报告和相关统计工作
Complete sales reports and related statistical work on schedule
-提供市场分析、客户满意度分析报告
Provide market analysis and customer satisfaction analysis reports
-了解客户付款进展，保证维保款项的及时回收
Understand customer payment progress and ensure timely recovery of maintenance payments
-协助制定维保销售策略
Assist in developing maintenance sales strategies

岗位要求：Job requirements:
1、本科以上学历、英语流利
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English
2、三年以上起重机服务销售经验
More than three years of experience in crane service sales
3、较强的客户沟通协调能力
Strong customer communication and coordination skills
4、能自我激励和在压力下工作
Capable of self motivation and working under pressure
5、具有良好的职业道德、服务意识、团队合作精神
Having good professional ethics, service awareness, and teamwork spirit
