Description of activities:
1.Evaluating new supplier according to VDA6.3 P1 independently, implementing process audit at supplier and follow-up audit until all findings are closed;
2.Monitor and manage supplier quality performance and report quality metrics back to the supplier management team;
3.Confirm the latest status of new parts from supplier and evaluate the potential risk of new part development in supplier at APQP phase;
4.Teamwork with supplier management team to support the supplier implementing the PPAP submission;
5.Lead the supplier 4M change;
6.Responsible for formulating the inspection instruction for incoming inspection and timely training for inspectors.
7.Implementing the incoming inspection, review and follow up incoming components quality issue;
8.Initial the quality complaint to supplier and tracking until closed;
9.Other tasks related to supplier quality control.

Education, knowledge and abilities:

1.Mechanical Engineering Technology college degree or above;
2.Over 3 years’ work experience of supplier quality management in automotive background;
3.Experienced in work with plastic injection or metal supplier. Fastener industry work experience is preferred;
4. Knowledge of quality system IATF16949, certificated VDA6.3 auditor, Good knowledge with Quality Management tools such as PPAP, APQP, FEMA, SPC, Control Plan, MSA and 8D etc.;
5.Fluent english skill on written and verbal;
6.Good GD&T knowledgment, quality inspection and test capabilities in the plastic, metal components;
7.Familiar with Microsoft office application;
8.Good communication and coordination ability.
