JD:
1. 负责与客户、研发总部进行技术沟通，支持新项目研发活动。
Regular communicate with client and R&D center to support all R&D activities
2. 审核设计图纸和技术规范，确保符合设计要求。
Review released 2D & 3D design and technical documents, ensure all fulfill design specification
3. 支持样件制作和测试，确保开发进度。
Support prototypes buiding and DVP&R,ADVP&R followed defined milestones
4. 协助项目和采购对零件的技术评估，主要涉及铸件， 注塑件可行性，粉末冶金和机加工艺评估。
Support in componment TR review for die-casting, manufacturability in plastic injection, powder metal and
machining process.
5. 负责图纸和BOM的维护和释放，管理设计变更。
Maintain and release drawings and BOMs, responsible for design change management
6. 给予其他部门技术支持，如供应商技术评审，质量分析等
Support other departments like suppliers technical review, quality analysis
7. 协助测试室和测试技术人员完成泵性能测试并完成客户测试相关程序文件等。
Support the test lab and test engineer with reports related to the function of the pump and prepare information
for the customer / program manager.
8. 熟悉测试台架的工作原理，能够操作和维护测试台架，能够调整测试夹具和备件
Familiar with test bench working principle, able to operate and maintain test bench, able to adjust test fixtures
and spare parts.
9. 理解并正确使用IATF16949, APQP程序(FMEA)等。
Understanding and proper usage of IATF16949, APQP Procedures (FMEA) etc.1
10. 遵守SHW的环境、健康、安全、质量和生产管理体系。
Work in compliance with SHW’s environmental, health, safety, quality and production management systems.

Requirements:
1. 本科以上学历，机械或机电相关专业,有液压或油泵相关经验更加。
Bs or above degree with Mechanical or Mechatronics background, hydraulics and oil pump experience is a plus
2. 三年及以上研发工作经验，可熟练使用UG或Pro/E三维软件。
More than 3 years of R&D experience,need be skilled at 3D software like UG or Pro/E
3. 熟悉GD&T,了解基本加工工艺如压铸、粉末冶金、机加工, 熟悉BLDC电机及其控制更佳。
Familiar with GD&T, basic knowledge of die-casting,powder metallurgy and machining,BLDC motor knowledge
is prefered.
4. 英语书写及口语表达流利；
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
