Duties of Position:
1. To review customer drawings, specifications and customer ECOs
2. To provide technical feedback such as DFM, PFMEA analysis to customer
3. To follow up project schedule and milestone to ensure on time delivery
4. To create part numbers and BOMs to be loaded up in Oracle system
5. To implement customer's design changes as requested by ECO or authorizations for deviations
6. To prepare PRs for jigs and fixtures as well as other manufacturing equipment as required
7. To provide technical support to purchasing/sourcing on tooling and equipments and purchased parts
8. To prepare manufacturing drawings, WI/OSM, floor layout based on customer drawings and thorough
understanding of products and processes.
9. To provide routing info to be set up in system and update process sequencing accordingly as required
10.To provide technical supports to productions and quality, work as team to resolve production and quality
issues
Qualifications Required:
1.At least 2 years experience of assembly manufacturing process or related.
2.New project introduction management and high-volume product experience will be preferred.
3.6sigma background is preferred
4.Good DFM / PFMEA and design understanding capability.
