Main Responsibilities 主要职责
- Mainly responsible for the customer development and maintenance in the double-sided tape business for the white goods, electronics, entertainment devices and appliances, building and window applications, air conditioning devices and all sort of Industrial applications;
主要负责白色家电、电子、娱乐设备、建筑、空调设备及各类工业应用的双面胶带业务的客户开发和维护；
- Business development for double side tape; 负责双面胶带业务的开发；
- Monitor marketing and cometitor situation; 监测市场趋势及竞争对手动态；
- Being the first contact of assigned customers, responsible for project and business volume extension, implemention of customer specific requirement and improvement of customer satisfaction with these customers but not limited to those；作为客户的**联系人，负责这些（但不限于这些）客户的项目和业务的扩展，客户特殊需求在公司内部的实施及客户满意度的提升；
- Issue quotations in line with the quotation process and quotation follow up to generate turnover volume out of these quotations submitted to customers；
依据报价流程发行报价，跟进报价使之产生营业额；
- Supervision of correct price maintenance applied in system and invoices to customer; 监督价格正确并应用于相关系统和发票；
- Carry out customer visits frequently.Maintain and acquire new business from customers aligned but also eager to acquire new accounts；
国内外客户拜访，维护并开发业务；
- Monitor turnover fidelity and claim potentially missing PO. Assist quality department for customer complaint if required.
营业额精确度管控，错失订单原因声明。在必要的时候支持质量部门处理客诉；
- Have environmental and safety awareness, comply, and implement actively with company environmental and safety guidelines, policies and objectives.
具备环境和安全意识，遵守并积极贯彻执行公司环境和安全方针，政策和目标。

Requirement 任职要求
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, emphasis on international trade, Engineering or similar.
本科以上学历，国际贸易、工程或相关专业；
- Good speaking and writing English ability;
英语可作为工作语言, 尤其口语和书写能力;
- More than 5 years work experience of business development in the double-sided tape;
5年以上双面胶带产品业务开发经验；
- Rich experience of developing customers independently；
独立开发客户的经验；
- Hold professional knowledge of tape and adhesive products.
具备胶带及胶粘剂的专业知识;
- Good communication and team working plus sales & negotiation skills. Be good at project management.
良好的沟通及团队协作能力、销售和谈判技能；良好的项目管理能力.
